Before you dive into a delicious charcuterie experience, please take a moment to read through these Terms and Conditions (because even cheese boards have rules). 1. Ordering and Payments (No IOUs, Please)
- All orders must be placed through our website or an authorized channel, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in processing your delicious requests.
- Payments must be made at the time of purchase. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other digital payment methods (but unfortunately, no cheese-based currency—yet).
- Prices are subject to change, but we promise to always keep them as fair as a well-balanced cheese-to-meat ratio.
- Once an order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation with your order details. If you do not receive confirmation, check your spam folder or contact us.
2. Cancellations and Refunds (No Hard Feelings, Just Hard Cheese)
- Orders may be canceled up to 24 hours after order is placed, Any later than that, and we may already have started crafting your board of goodness.
- After the 24-hour window, we can’t promise a refund, but we’ll do our best to accommodate—because we’re nice like that.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 5-7 business days back to the original payment method.
3. Dietary Restrictions and Allergies (Read the Fine Brie-nt)
- Our products may contain nuts, dairy, gluten, and other allergens. We do our best to accommodate requests, but cross-contamination is possible.
- Customers with severe allergies should exercise caution—because while we love cheese, we love your safety more.
- If you have specific dietary needs, please inform us at the time of ordering so we can make every effort to accommodate your request.
- La Mesa Olive is not responsible for allergic reactions resulting from the consumption of our products.
4. Intellectual Property (Our Content Is Not for Snacking)
- All content on our website—including images, text, and branding—is owned by La Mesa Olive. You may not copy, distribute, or use it without permission (unless you’re just sharing the love on social media, which we totally encourage!).
- Unauthorized use of our content for commercial purposes may result in legal action.
- If you wish to collaborate or feature our content elsewhere, please contact us for proper authorization.
5. User Conduct (Be Nice, Like a Well-Mannered Brie)
- No spamming, hacking, or anything shady on our website.
- Be respectful when interacting with us and others in our community—we’re all here for the love of food!
- Users engaging in fraudulent or abusive activities may have their access to our services revoked.
- Constructive feedback is always welcome, but disrespectful or offensive language will not be tolerated.
6. Limitation of Liability (We Love Cheese, But We’re Not Responsible for Everything)
- We’re not liable for any indirect damages resulting from the use of our products or website (e.g., if you eat too much cheese and need a nap, that’s on you!).
- In case of disputes, our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for your order.
- We strive to maintain accurate product descriptions and pricing, but errors may occur. If we identify a mistake in your order, we will contact you to resolve the issue.
